Wellness Coach Selina Uglow and Chef William Kuntz joined forces a few years ago because they are invested in helping others succeed without having to experience the drastic changes or radical impacts on their bodies that are marketed for weight loss.  The REAL Wellness Program is a base of lessons, when applied, that can anyone achieve better health.  Once having been 248#, Selina enjoys sharing the results of applying a few days of exercise and a time management approach to meal planning, preparing and keeping oneself in the balance of life’s responsibilities so that a few pounds lost is not found again.  Chef Billy creates an environment of learning that will bring enjoyment to the kitchen and renewed dedication to discovery while blasting the preconception that the only way to a weight loss result is to radically change up what you are doing.  Together, they welcome you to come and experience some of what they have to share because in the end we are all here to help each other.  May your journey be full of discovery and always questioning!
