Karissa Taylor, RN is a certified Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor offering classes to all levels on Friday mornings from 9:30a.m – 10:30a.m.  Sharing her passion for movement that changed her life, Karissa invites you to experience this unique environment and do something beyoutiful for yourself weekly.  Private & Small Group Sessions are available by appointment.
